The deadline for Service Providers to sign up for a Booth is Tuesday July 16, 2019. Please note that there is a separate registration for staff and volunteers that will be attending the event. 

Please note that there is a LIMITED amount of space available for provider booths. Each booth is in a 10x10 space and will have an 8ft table and 2 chairs (depending on space, we might be able to accommodate special requests). If you have multiple programs within your agency, please consult with them to see if you can share a booth or if they will need their own space. Each program within an agency that requires a booth will need to submit a separate registration.

Booth Donation
It is free for providers to have a booth at Project Homeless Connect, but due to the high costs of equipment, food, t-shirts, printing, and other expenses, the Skagit Project Homeless Connect Planning Committee is asking providers to make a suggested donation of $50, if funding permits.

 You can pay online or by check. Go here to pay online: A check can be made out to Community Action of Skagit County, the fiscal sponsor of Skagit Project Homeless Connect. In in the memo field please write "PHC" and note the name of your organization.

Skagit Project Homeless Connect takes great pride in providing a free healthy lunch to all guests, providers, and volunteers served buffet style. We encourage all providers to go to the cafeteria, get their own food, and dine with our guests. If this is not possible, due to staffing reasons, we can have a meal delivered to you. Vegetarian and Meat options are available.

There will be 2 orientations for both resource providers and general event volunteers. Dates are TBD. We ask that all new providers attend an orientation to become familiar with the history and objectives of Project Homeless Connect, and to have your questions answered. If you are a returning provider, or unable to attend one of the orientations, there will also be an online orientation available for viewing.  

Registering Staff for the Event
There is a separate registration form to sign up staff and volunteers up for Skagit Project Homeless Connect (this form is to register your organization or group for a BOOTH at PHC). The link to register will be sent out to the point person who registers for the booth. We need to know who is attending the event so that we can send out a little closer to the event. As a thank you for participating in the event we would like to provide Project Homeless Connect T-shirts to our volunteers and service providers. Even if staff or volunteers do not want a t-shirt, we still request that they sign up online as we still need to know who is on campus (for liability reasons) and how much food we need to prepare for lunch.
